He has deep experience in complex commercial litigation, mass tort, toxic tort, class action, environmental litigation, insurance litigation, disputes arising out of corporate transactions, and business law.

Chris has served as trial counsel for clients in high-stakes, high-pressure litigation. He also has a track record of success in transnational litigation, serving as trial counsel in international arbitrations as well as in foreign civil courtrooms. Michael Kozlowski

Mike is a litigator who counsels individuals and entities on a variety of complex litigation matters including commercial litigation, insurance litigation, environmental litigation including CERCLA, RCRA, and OPA, breach of fiduciary duty, disputes arising out of corporate transactions, and business law. Mike has successfully served as trial counsel for clients in high-stakes litigation and has experience in both state and federal courts.

Catherine E. Stahl

Professor Catherine E. Stahl is the Director of the University of Illinois College of Law’s Trial Advocacy Program. Prior to joining the faculty in 2017, Professor Stahl was a partner at Kirkland & Ellis in Chicago, Illinois. She began her legal career as an associate in the Washington DC office of Dechert LLP. Professor Stahl has broad complex commercial litigation and regulatory enforcement experience, in which she has handled matters in a variety of disciplines, including antitrust, products liability, environmental, white collar and securities, commercial disputes, class actions, and internal investigations.
